Eigenentwicklungsanteil.             Artificial intelligence (AI)
holds enormous potential for application in the field of production
engineering. SMEs, in particular, are not ready to fully exploit these
opportunities. One reason is that implementing AI projects requires
resources that SMEs often are not able to provide on their own. This
paper presents an approach to accompany the deployment of AI models in
the production environment. It can be applied with various boundary
conditions and a low proportion of in-house development.},
