Ein User Needs Assessment, kurz UNA, bietet die Möglichkeit, menschliche Bedürfnisse zu erfassen und zu analysieren. Im industriellen Kontext werden die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden selten berücksichtigt, was besonders bei der Einführung von Automatisierung oder künstlicher Intelligenz unzufriedene Mitarbeitende zur Folge haben kann und die Einführung unnötig erschwert. Im Nachfolgenden wird dieser Themenkomplex erläutert und eine Analysemöglichkeit vorgestellt.
The User Needs Assessment tool UNA is an analytical tool to capture human needs. Human needs are rarely considered in industrial practice, a fact that is often detrimental to the introduction of automatization or of artificial intelligence techniques and may lead to considerable discontent among employees.
