Zusammenfassung

Matrixproduktionssysteme vereinen die Vorteile einer hohen Flexibilität und Produktivität, haben aber häufig eine höhere Komplexität in der Steuerung. Der Mensch übernimmt in Matrixproduktionssystemen oft kurzfristige Entscheidungsaufgaben, etwa bei Änderungen, Störungen oder Planungslücken. In diesem Beitrag werden bereits bestehende Ansätze in diesem Kontext diskutiert und Steuerungsbedarfe für den operativen Betrieb von Matrix- produktionssystemen abgeleitet sowie erste Handlungsfelder für eine neue Funktion zur Steuerung definiert.

Abstract

Matrix production systems offer high flexibility and productivity but often involve greater complexity in control. In matrix production systems, humans often take on short-term decision-making tasks, e.g., in the event of changes, disruptions, or planning gaps. This article discusses existing approaches in this context, derives control requirements for the operation of matrix production systems, and identifies initial action fields for an emerging control function.
